Emergency Dental

About a month ago I went to Emergency Dental due to extreme tooth and gum pain. Was told I had an infection in my tooth and required a root canal, which I was charged $1000 for due to a gap in insurance. I would have no issue with the price except that after 3 separate appointments to finish the process, a few days ago I felt the infection pain returning. I went back in to Emergency Dental to see what was the cause and was basically made to feel stupid as the dentist said (rudely) that there couldnt be anything wrong and that the pain wouldnt return because the infection was removed and just wrote me a script for more antibiotics. Now, two days later, the entire bottom of my face is swollen and I am in immense pain again. Luckily my new dental insurance has kicked in today and tomorrow I will be seeing a different highly-rated dentist to see what the actual issue is. My boyfriend wants to pursue legal action because he feels we basically paid them for nothing.

My wife had an emergency infection from braces while we were traveling. Emergency Dental admitted her as a walk-in. The dentist treated her at once with professional care. I had a severe tooth ache for the last 48 hours due to a deteriorating tooth in my mouth that needed to be pulled for a while. I haven’t slept because the pain was so excruciating. I also recently just lost my dental insurance. I quickly searched emergency dental offices, found this one and read the reviews. The woman was very nice over the phone and answered all my questions being that this would be my first dentist visit without insurance. When I got to the clinic , the wait time was very small and dr. Yigit took one look at my tooth and knew exactly what to do. As soon as the numbing anesthetic kicked in it took him 10 secs to pull my tooth out. Did I mention the procedure was under 300$. No pain! And I was also printed my prescription meds for pick up! I was a walk-in! No appointment! Highly recommend! Thank you dr. Yigit!!! ❤️

Wow Dr umit yigit is a life saver, I came in for the extraction of my wisdom tooth that was located on the bottom right side of my face that caused me 3 straight weeks of unbearable pain, even after a lot of ibuprofen I was in a crazy amount of pain coming from my jaw, going up to my ear ,head and even neck , Im soo glad I wint in to his office and scheduled an appointment he made me feel safe calm and happy, no kidding instant relief I could not believe he had my wisdom tooth out in 1min literally!!!

I visited Emeregency Dental in LHP. Its on the east side of US1 about a mile south of Copans. The dentist I used, Yigit, was extremely accurate when I asked for a front tooth extraction. He managed to get the full tooth extracted, without leaving any bits and pieces behind or having to chisel it again. His work took less than 15minutes without rushing. I asked him and he said hes been doing it for years. Yeah Id visit again.

I have an ongoing infected tooth and Emergency Dental refuses to write a Rx for antibiotics because I have a pending balance.They clearly put profits over patients. I first thought the dentist was efficient. Now it seems more like hes a triage butcher. I had better service from Doc on deployment.They left a sour taste in my mouth. Literally. Puss and sepsis.

Dr Yigit is the BEST! He always gets me in for appointment and is able to fix my situation. I have a bad anxiety and he is the ONLY dentist that I have trusted and felt comfortable with and is very reasonable. I have been going to him for over 12 years. I Highly recommend. I have sent him over 10 people and they all have been satisfied as well.

I’ve traveled over 4 hours when I lived in Jacksonville to come to him and have teeth removed because he’s the only dentist I trust after having so many issues with others in the past. He’s pulled a tooth I was once told would require surgery and was told would cost much more money and today filled a tooth in the front that I had done over 20 years ago. I was told by a few other dentists that it wasn’t possible or wasn’t necessary despite the way it looked and appeared to be cracking. Other family members have been coming here for years because we’ve tried others and he’s the best! He and his staff are kind, quick and they’re open on weekends :D

My Experience at Emergency Dental, Lighthouse Point.On My first visit, it turns out that I had infections in my teeth and I needed an extraction for one of them. I was in pain.The front desk staff is super sweet and the check-in and check-out process is easy. They do it with a smile.Dr. Yigit was funny making jokes to make me laugh and to make me feel more relaxed about the procedure. I got news for you, it worked. After he was done extracting the tooth, he sent me home with antibiotics to make sure that the infection cleared completely. Dr. Yigit knows what he is doing. Super happy with Dr. Yigit.After the extraction was completed, I came back for my cleaning and Belen was super great, comforting funny, and super sweet. Belen was very professional when she cleansed my teeth... I highly recommend her.The staff is very friendly and professional. They are all gentle and understand your situation This dental office has exceeded my expectations. The best experience I ever had at a dentists office. I called this morning after having pain all night. The nice lady at the front told me to come in. Once I was registered Dr. Yigit personally called me to the back of the office and numbed my mouth. When it was time to extract my tooth, he took care of me as delicately as he could (the tooth shattered). Before I knew it the tooth was out. I would definitely recommend Emergency Dental. The office was clean, the staff is wonderful, and the service is exceptional. Thank you for such a great experience.

Wow wow wow. I havent been to the dentist in over 10 years and this office was incredible. All of the staff is so friendly and Dr.Yigit is awesome. I was beyond petrified but the whole procedure was done in minutes without any pain. I had an abscess root tooth that had to be removed because I ignored it for years. We had an appointment for 11:30 with the dentist for a simple teeth cleaning, nothing else. The receptionist says itll be a couple of minutes as the dentist is finishing up with someone else. No problem, appointments can take a while but after waiting 45 minutes, we were getting upset and fed up. We asked the receptionist why we were still waiting for almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time. She said sorry and then took us in. What happened, did she just forget about us??? If we hadnt said anything, we would have been sitting there for hours without seeing the dentist yet! Maybe she should have been less busy talking with her co-workers and be focused on her customers! Finally, we get in to see the dentist, he did a quick check to my teeth, and said it was fine and told me to come back tomorrow! What the hell? What was the point of setting up an appointment when he just checked my teeth for 4 minutes and told me to come back tomorrow??? Clearly, the receptionist was too busy chatting away and forgot us, leaving us no time with the dentist! I wouldnt waste my time here ever again and I suggest you do the same! 0/5 stars!

Dr. Yigit is a god send. Amazing bed side manner and really makes you feel seen/heard. I went into his office experiencing the worst tooth/jaw pain I’ve ever had (due to what we found out was an incorrectly placed crown) and left pain-free and with an action plan on how to permanently solve the issue. If you are local to the area and ever find yourself in a dental emergency, Dr. Yigit is your go-to! Very pleasant staff as well. Thank you Dr. Yigit and team.

Helen at the reception area was very nice And the doctor did a nice job pulling my tooth. Then on to Belen That did a deep cleaning of my teeth and promised that it wouldnt hurt like it usually does, she lived up to her word word her style of deep cleaning is is great even with no shots shots. It gave me a renewed faith in dental work again. Great job Girls

Best dental office i have ever been too! Maria at the front desk is so friendly. She made sure I was able to be seen with Dr Yigit due to a broken tooth without an appointment. This is my second time in the office and both times I had extractions done on molars. Dr Yigit knows all the right spots to get you nice and numb so you dont feel a thing. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I still cant believe it. I am a self pay patient and prices are reasonable especially for dental work. Its a no brainer to go to Dr Yigits office. Needed a broken tooth extraction that was put off way too long…did due diligence to find a Dental Office close to home and reasonably priced. FOUND IT!! Emergency Dental in Lighthouse Point exceeded the 5 stars above…my appointment was made for the next day and the cost was quoted over the phone. At appointment found a very inviting office with a cheerful staff. Was called back for an x-ray was numbed up and Dr. Yigit pulled the tooth in less than 5 minutes! My bill was $50 less than quoted. Was sent on my way with RX’s, compression packing and complete instructions. Wouldn’t hesitate to say if you’ve been putting off painful dental issues, please call and make an appointment today. I had two teeth that were in extreme pain, I called Emergency Dental they had me come in right away. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and quick. Turns out I had infections in my teeth and needed two root canals. I do not have insurance. The office set me up on a payment plan, and started the root canals. I left feeling 100% better, the office was super clean and the service was exceptional.

I have been seeing Dr. Yigit for the last ten years. He is a great conservative dentist who still performs his own extractions and root canals. His entire staff is courteous, efficient, and professional. He personally returns urgent telephone calls even on weekends which is a rarity these days. He always makes me feel like I am his most important patient and he treats everyone like that. He really cares and always makes time for last minute emergencies.

Absolutely amazing! I had an dental emergency, called his office and Dr Yigit accommodated to go to his practice and resolved my emergency. While im at his practice, another 3 patients came in with an emergency, and Dr Yigit helped each one of them.Highly recommended, super fast service, gentle and professional

Best dentist I have ever been to. Never had a dentist ever been able to fully numb me. I always feel when they drill or have to do any work, which has made me hesitant every time I need to go see the dentist. My teeth have paid for it. I explained this to the doc the first time I went it. He promised I wouldnt feel a thing. Of course Im sceptical. 5 min later and I cant feel my face. Next time I had to do another procedure. Same thing. Ill never go to another dentist again.

Dr.Yigit was awesome today! I walked in the door in so much pain and had been up all night in pain, and he was great. Nothing hurt at all, and I feel so much better! I’ve avoided the dentist because I was scared but there is no reason to be scared with Dr.Yigit, he was truly great. I have found my new dentist!

Dr. Yigit is a very kind smart dentist. I have many rare incurable conditions which he’s well versed on. I’m on blood thinners for my pe’s. I have heart conditions. I’ve seen him for years. I feel very safe & well taken care of by him. Many root canals. Never caused pain. Always goes out of his way to make sure he takes care of me & all his patients. He’s taken calls on wknds, on his vacation, he’s come in on his day off or after hours. He personally texts back during emergencies. You can’t find any other Dr. that will provide that level of care. His wife is an absolute angel. All the staff is kind & accommodating. No long wait time. Relaxing waiting room but you’re never in it for long. He knows what he’s doing. I’d recommend him any day of the week. Thank you Dr. you & your wife are a blessing & I’m so glad I found you!!! You’re the best!!

The only reason I gave a star is because I’ll be out of pain now that my tooth is gone. I’ve never met such an rude medical professional!!!! This will be the first time I ever wrote a bad review. I Was going to write my whole experience but just know the doctor was rude and the office girls were very nice! I unfortunately have a husband With a bad tooth and no health insurance and I rather spend the extra money and go to My pompano dentist on 14th street causeway where you’re treated like a family member!

I have had such a great experience every-time I have needed assistance here. From The Front desk ladies to Umit Ygit DMD I have had the upmost care and attentiveness here. I have had emergency extractions here and I feel so comfortable. They get you right in and the dentist is very gentle and a great guy. Love love love this place

The doctor and staff is very thorough, and gentle I had a toothache on a Sunday he met me and took care of my issue.I recommend this dentist care center very highly. His prices are very fair I have no insurance and he will work with you.I feel much better .

Had the greatest time using the doctor. I had a 5 unit bridge attached to #9 tooth that broke and causing my great pain. My dentist could not see me for two weeks so I did a search on the internet fir emergency treatment. I called the number and the doctor listened to my problem and I was his first patient today.The pain is gone and I feel great.Thank you !

First and last time. He was so rude to me, he didnt want me to scream because he had other patients there, and he was quick to send me to an oral surgeon. Never ever again! Hes rude and miserable. He didnt consider the pain I was in because he was worried about others hearing me. He got it out but I will never come back.

I went in on a emergency front tooth bonding the front desk staff were friendly my nightmare started when Dr Umit Yigit started working on me..Very unprofessional he was rough on me my inside mouth is all cut up from the sucshion tube I let him know he was being rough he seemed aggravated and in a hurry very disorganized. It was my worst experience ever I told him I will give him my bill at the desk. He did a hurry up job not gentle or professional at all and his breath was foul. I will never be back and Ill make sure I let others know to stay clear...Im so upset with him.

Having had 2 wisdomTeeth removed it took all of about 3 minutes. I felt no pain whatsoever and had absolutely no swelling during the healing process. Highly recommended.

I call for emergency and this secretary or who ever answer the phone very rude and tell me if I dont give her my wife birth date they cant see me ang hung up on me coz I told her can I just tell them ones Im in their clinic give me another attitude n kung up what a bbbbbbb I never ever get mad n complain but this clinic is the worst than anything I can imagine. Called them at 3:40 I told to come right over. I was in a chair getting an X-ray 5minutes after I walked in. And a root canal 20 min later. I didnt feel a thing . I had so much anxiety and the Dr. Was so nice and reassuring.

Went there to get my wisdom tooth pulled and the doctor didn’t even explain to me if the tooth needed to be pulled or not. He also was in a rush to close the office I was trying to ask him and his wife questions and they seem to be annoy by my question. First and last time.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted over a month ago Im still in pain and have had multiple infections I returned to him multiple times and he gave me bs excuses Im worse off than I was before go somewhere else dr yigit isnt good

Had them clean my teeth they were fast 15 minutes and done this was with exrays and polishing do not think they touch the front of the teeth but still was $125. What a rip off

I have call this place several times and was told they will call back and never return my call, as of this day I never received a call back. The dentist started the work in my mouth, and now I have to go to another dentist to start all over.

This dental office was absolutely amazing! I had a major complication from a previous practice and during the weekend the dentist (Umit Yigit) was able to take the time and see me, he took care of me right away and made the pain go away instantly. I highly recommend.
